National Rebuilding Day and Dutchess County's Fall Rebuild
Our National Rebuilding Day is one of the key elements of our organization. Held the last Saturday of April, multiple renovation projects are completed for low income homeowners. Those who are seniors, veterans, handicapped or parents with young children are given preference.
On October 4th, 2008 Rebuilding Together Dutchess County instituted
the first annual Fall Rebuilding Day. While there were only a few
renovations completed for the fall, it is an addition to the program
that will allow us to help more homeowners each year.
The goal of our home renovation projects is to keep families warm, safe, and dry.
The application period for these rebuilding days runs from July-September. A printable application along with all instructions will be available on the website beginning in June. You can also call the Rebuilding Together office at 845-454-7310 and an application will be sent to you.
